AÑES OLLIVIER-YAMIN
The Aubin Lab is built on a simple but radical premise: that the next generation of filmmakers and activists should be nurtured with genuine care, real responsibility, and a lot of love. Añes is exactly what we hoped the Lab would produce, and then some.
From their days as an intern, they brought curiosity, devotion, and a sensibility all your own. The Chavela playlist they made is one of those small, beautiful labors that reveals so much about a person's relationship to art. They paid attention. They felt deeply. That's everything.
They're the future of this work. We want them to know it. They're one of our 30 Luminaries, not for what they might do, but for who they already are.
