LISA CORTÉS
Co-conspirator is the right word. Lisa is someone who sees the project, the vision, the possibility, and moves toward it with energy, intelligence, and commitment. She's been that person for Aubin and for Catherine, in a way that is rare and precious.
As a producer and director herself, she brings to collaboration a genuine understanding of what filmmaking costs and what it's worth. She shows up with resources, yes, but more importantly with her full creative and professional self, partnering with others in a literally synergistic way. With her in the room, we are all more than the sum of our parts.
Aubin Studio is built on exactly that kind of partnership. We're so glad to have her as a co-conspirator.
