Thirty years. That's how long Aubin Pictures has been making films, and it's how long Rajendra has been in our corner, as advocate, as collaborator, as champion, as someone who understood what we were up to before many others did.
As Chief Curator of Film at the Museum of Modern Art, he's shaped how the world encounters cinema. We treasure that the most. And we also appreciate the way he's shown up for Aubin, for Catherine, for our films, for the belief that documentary work born in justice movements deserves the same serious attention as any art form. When MoMA says yes to a film, the world listens differently. His yeses have mattered enormously.
